This policy explains how WeddingCam LLC, trading as WeddingCam, handles your information.

Information We Collect

When you check your wedding date, book a rental, or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, wedding date, and any details you share in messages or booking forms.

How We Use It

• To check availability and respond to your inquiry.
• To process your booking, payments, and shipping.
• To send transactional emails about your rental.
• To deliver your finished film and raw footage.

Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — payment information goes directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection.

Your Footage

Your wedding footage belongs to you. We use it only to produce your edited film, and for marketing purposes only as granted in the Rental Agreement. Raw footage is delivered to you via a WeTransfer link.

Analytics & Cookies

We keep our own record of how visitors move through this site: which pages you view, whether you check a date, and how far you get through the booking form. This is stored by us alone, is not shared with anyone, and is anonymous unless you type your email into one of our forms. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we do not record your visit at all.

We also use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors find us and to measure our advertising. These tools use cookies; you can block them in your browser settings without affecting your ability to book.

Sharing & Retention

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run WeddingCam (payment processing, shipping, email delivery), and we keep it only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations.
