Every package ships the same kit and gets the same care. What changes is how much of the day comes back to you.

25% at booking to lock your date, the rest due 30 days before the wedding. Inside 30 days, the full amount is due at booking.

What Arrives at Your Door
One case, packed and ready. Every package includes all of this — you don't need to buy, rent, or figure out a single thing.
The camcorder
A Sony AX43 that films in sharp 4K. Flip the screen open, press the red button — that really is the whole thing. Anyone at your wedding can pick it up and use it.
3 long-life batteries and a charger
These are the extended batteries, not the small ones the camera ships with — around 16 hours of filming between them. Swap a fresh one in when the screen says so, and top the empty one up in the charger while the party keeps going.
A 512 GB memory card, already installed
Room for about 20 hours of recording, formatted and ready to go. We set the camera to HD at 50 frames a second rather than 4K on purpose: a 4K sensor recording HD looks cleaner than a camera that only shoots HD, the card covers a whole weekend instead of 11 hours, and the extra frames let us slow your best moments down in the edit.
Two wireless microphones
Two tiny mics that hold on with a magnet and record on their own. One goes on your officiant, who stands between you both and catches both sets of vows, so the words that matter are actually audible.
An on-camera light
It slides onto the top of the camera and turns a dim reception warm and watchable. Two dials, one for brightness and one for warm to cool, and that is all there is to it.
A WeddingCam bag to carry it all
One padded bag, so the camera moves from the getting-ready room to the ceremony to the reception without anyone hunting for a battery.
A card by the camera, and the guide online
One card sits with the camera so any guest who picks it up knows what to do in five seconds. Scan the code on it and the full guide opens on your phone: how to work the camera, what to film hour by hour, short how-to videos, and a pile of ideas for the moments people always forget.
A hard case that keeps it all safe
Everything sits in its own cut-out slot in a waterproof case, so nothing rattles loose and you can see at a glance that it's all there when you pack it back up.
Free shipping, both directions
We ship it to you and we cover the trip home. A few days before your return date we email you a prepaid label as a QR code. Tape the box shut, show the code at any UPS Store, and you're done.

Which Package Is Right for You?
Every package ships the same kit and returns every raw clip. What changes is how many cameras and how many weekends.
The Classic
One camera, passed around all day. Perfect for most weddings.
A 3 to 5 minute film cut to music we license for you, plus every raw clip your guests shot. The mics and the light are in the box too.
The Double Take
Two cameras, so the big moments get two angles.
Hand one camera to each side of the wedding party, or keep one wide on the ceremony and one up close on faces. Your film runs 5 to 7 minutes, cut from both.
Bach + Classic or Bach + Double Take
For couples who want the bach weekend on film too.
We ship a one camera kit for your bachelor or bachelorette weekend first, with its own 2 to 4 minute film. Send it back and your wedding kit ships for the big day.
Optional Extras
Nice-to-haves you can add when you book. They ship in the same case, already set up — nothing here is required for a beautiful film.
Social Media Edits+$200 each
Short vertical cuts of your day for Instagram and TikTok, ready to post.
Extra Rental Days+$25 each
Every package includes a 7-day rental window : it arrives on or before day one, and the last day is your drop-off deadline. Start it three days before the wedding and you have three days after. Destination weekend? Add days up to 14 when you pick your dates.
How Payment Works
We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking to secure your wedding date. The remaining 75% is due 30 days before your wedding, and we email you a secure payment link when it's time.
This deposit structure is standard in the wedding industry — it lets you reserve your date now without paying everything up front. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, and there is no security deposit to put down.
