Step by Step
Pick Your Package & Book
Choose the package you want, pick your dates, and reserve them with a small deposit. The calendar only offers dates we can actually ship to, so whatever you can pick, you can have. Takes about five minutes.

Receive Your Kit
Your kit ships 10 days before your rental start date and arrives at your door about a week before the wedding. Inside: camcorder, quick-start card, and everything you need. Zero tech experience required.

Every raw clip lands in your inbox within 48 hours of the kit reaching us, organized and labeled, so you can relive the day before the honeymoon tan fades. Your edited film follows within 3–4 weeks.

Everything arrives in one box, ready to film. Zero tech experience required.
Sony UHD 4K Camcorder
The Sony AX43. It steadies itself while guests move, so footage comes out smooth, and it handles candlelit receptions without turning grainy.
Two Cards, and the Full Guide Online
A card in the lid with the five things any guest needs to know, and a QR code to our setup guide, where the whole thing lives with short how-to videos. The second card is yours to fill in: write who is covering what, and hand out the jobs before the day.
2 Long-Life Batteries & a Charger
Two extended batteries, not the small ones the camera ships with — together they cover around 12 hours of recording, and you can top one up while the other is in the camera. The 512 GB memory card is installed and formatted, with room for about 11 hours of 4K footage; nothing to buy or set up.
Prepaid Return Label
A QR return label — no printer needed. Scan it at the counter and hand the box over.
Original Packaging
The box everything arrives in is the box it goes home in. Repack, seal, and ship.
Your Timeline

When you book
You pay a 25% deposit and your wedding date is reserved. We confirm your rental window by email.

30 days before
Your remaining 75% is due. We email a secure Stripe payment link — no chasing, no surprises.

10 days before your window opens
Your kit ships via USPS Priority Mail, tracked, to arrive on or before the first day of your rental window. We suggest starting the window three days before the wedding.

Your wedding day
Guests pass the camera around and film whatever they want. Fill in the assignment card if you want coverage of everything.

Your return date
The last day of your window is the deadline to drop the kit off with the prepaid QR label. Start the window three days before the wedding and you have three days after it.

48 hours after we get the kit
Every raw clip, organized and labeled, lands in your inbox as a private download link. Relive the day before the honeymoon is over.

3–4 weeks after return
Your professionally edited film and social media edits arrive by digital delivery.
